What You Will Do:
Under general supervision, perform ultrasound examinations and studies on patients following established scanning protocols for diagnosis. Assist the supervisor in maintaining a smooth operational flow and maximum patient processing.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Education and Experience
1. Graduate from an AMA approved school of Ultrasound Technology is required. Registered or registry candidate (must become registered within one year of employment) by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. Registered in Abdomen and Obstetrics and Gynecology. Registered in Vascular Technology is recommended.
2. CPR certification required.
3. Three years of experience performing diagnostic ultrasound is required.
